Its’ been a while

yes, it’s been a few months since I last posted but it was not from a lack of trying.  I had issues with not being able to login into my Gallery and upload pictures.   (Actually still can’t login to my original Gallery). 

I tried engaging Site5 support but that was just an exercise in futility.    It defeats the purpose of opening a case and supplying comprehensive errors, links, information etc when the support folks don’t bother to read the original post and ask questions that were already answered in the original post.   After trying three different times to engage them I just got fed up and wound up installing Gallery from scratch into a new directory and will use that moving forward.    One of these day’s I’ll go through at a file level and compare the installs/databases and see if I can figure out the error.
