What better way to work out then with your MINI.Â Â There is no GP version of the workout so I made some adjustments to put the big carbon fiber wing to better use.

Hammer & Coop Premier in NYC

This evening we drove intoÂ Manhattan to attend the Hammer & CoopÂ Premier hosted by MINI USA andÂ Dennis Publications theÂ publishers of Maxim, Stuff and BlenderÂ magazines at the Union Square Regal theatre.Â At the entrance we were greeted byÂ MINI Takes The States familiar faces Trudy Harding, MINIÂ Marketing Manager and Gerry Mathews, MINI Business Manager and their staff who rolled out the red carpet.

After weÂ signed in weÂ received our tickets and Swag bag full of the March issueÂ of all three magazines.Â Â Suggest you run out andÂ get these issues!!!Â Each features theÂ 8 pageÂ Hammer & Coop pullout and don’t worry what the wife will say! You’re getting themÂ to see the MINI advertisement and has nothing to do with the sizzlingÂ covers though Stuff’s article on ‘How to Date a Supermodel’ is rather educational as does Maxim’s Christina Aguilera Art of Seduction but I digress.Â (Ian, no worries I have a set for you )

Hammer was not able to attendÂ the premier but his stunt double ‘Grand Slam Coyote’was in attendance.Â He greeted fans and signedÂ autographs .Â The likeness was uncanny though he seems taller on film!

In attendance we met more familiar faces.Â Here is Gary,Â his eldest Austin and Trudy.

And new ones.Â Here is Luis and Elsa walking down the red carpet fashionably dressed in MINI attire.

After we picked up our popcorn and soda it was movie time.

where we viewed the first three episodes of Hammer & Coop on the big screen followed by a viewing of Ghostrider.Â Yes! we viewed the unreleasedÂ third episodeÂ ‘Ninjas, Ninjas and more Ninjas’Â which is scheduled to be released on the 22nd.Â Another great episode and can not wait for the next.Â It was really fantastic to view them on the big screen!

The Hammer & Coop website have added aÂ ’Action Name Generator’.Â I entered my nameÂ and I shall now be called ‘Grand Slam Coyote’

They alsoÂ have some ‘Extras’ with ScreenSavers and Wallpapers that can be downloaded.Â Be sure to check their siteÂ on February 22nd for Episode 3.
